TEEN V/S MASTER
CURL CHALLENGE
ABOUT: At the Southern Open powerlifting championships, we always have the teen versus master curl challenge. Three years in a row (2023-2025) the teenagers have won the women's division, three years in a row the master's have won the men's division. In the all-important overall (combined scores), the winner for the third year in a row was...the masters who won (17-12). The five-point differential was the closest the teens have come to beating the master's so watch out for the rematch in 2026!!
