The Greatest N.C. 100% RAW LIFTERS OF ALL TIME
I should start by saying it's impossible to label the best lifters of all time as different lifters will consider different categories as being more important. My solution, list the most popular categories that reward lifters not only for strength, but for consistency. The following is a list of categories; #1 state ranking, #1 world ranking and All Steel team. You must place in top 10 of your category to make the list.
**A lot of the data from the early years of 100% RAW isn't available so this list will never be completely correct.
